Protecting the health and wellbeing of all athletes is an element of Grip Active’s culture, so in partnership with The Aaron Dixon Memorial Fund/Cardiac Risk in the Young we will be offering to sponsor the CRY logo on all kits ordered to help raise awareness of the importance of cardiac screening for all young adults.

12 apparently fit and healthy young people (aged 35 and under) in the UK die suddenly from an undiagnosed heart defect every week. In 80% of these cases, there will have been no signs or symptoms until it is too late, which is why CRY believes screening is so vitally important, particularly for those involved in regular, physical activity.
